We at Ultimate Karate USA would personally like to thank all the Parents/Guardians of our students that contributed monetarily, with supplies, and with their time to make this years party the success that it was. Once again the bar has been raised, and we’ve managed to surpass last years turn out and merriment.
If not for your commitment to our school and the
children, we definitely would not have been able to make this party the success that it ultimately turned out to be.
We pride ourselves in providing the students of this school with a safe environment not only during scheduled class time, but also during this particular holiday. Our goal has always been to keep our children off the streets and allow them to feast in the family
atmosphere that we offer at our dojo.
Once again, thank you all for making this event not only a memorable one for the children but for all who participated.
We will definitely have our work cut out for us next year to out do ourselves yet again.
It’s imperative that all students who are qualified for testing and wish to participate in this promotion have all their finances in order with the school prior to the date of testing. Although we are sensitive to those that may be experiencing a minor financial set-back, we cannot make any exceptions, as our records indicate that there is a growing number of

There will not be a make-up examination for those students who do not test due to their delinquent accounts. These individuals will have to wait until February, 2008.
All students participating in belt promotion should be aware that it is mandatory that they wear their complete uniforms. No one will be allowed to test without a complete uniform. T-Shirts are not considered proper uniform for testing.

Although, during the warm weather months, we do make an exception and allow our students to wear “Ultimate Karate USA” T-shirts, the weather now does not call for this rule to be in effect.
Taking the above into account, each student should be mindful of the condition and appearance of their individual uniform.

There maybe specialty classes a student may be enrolled in that may warrant an exception to this rule. If you are not sure if any of the classes you are taking has an exception to this rule, kindly speak to a staff member for more information.
